We’ve got a story to tell, and people who love to tell it.
Getting our story out there in the media not only helps establish more Lunch Kitchens, it also raises awareness of the situation and that awareness is a huge step towards change. So if you’re from a media organisation and you’re looking for stories about child poverty, low income families, the holiday hunger gap, community action, the big society, generosity and more we’re happy to help. We can provide magazine articles, case studies, stories and interviews with a local or national approach.
We often get requests for contact with families who come to our Lunch Kitchens for media opportunities. Some of our families are happy to do this so please do talk to us about what you had in mind. The safeguarding of the families and children is always our first priority so we’ll want to discuss a few things first.
Here are some of our previous media appearances.
